You're listening to Slim Whitman on a continuous loop and don't even lie. You're all about the yodeling. And you have the intense fear of Martians.

Hey, how can you not sing along to Neil?
Allow me to present proof that you must, simply must, gouge your ears out while listening to Neil:
"Tuhn ahn ya haht-light! Let it shinea whehevah ya gowe... Let it makea a hap-pay glowe fo awl tha whirl to see*..."
Possibly the most craptacular song ever. Home is where the heart is, not "the most excellent place of awl." Was he drunk? Were we all drunk? How the hell could we stand to see his in a pseduo Elvis pose with his knees bend, hopping lightly in time with the music, extending a finger like the dimunitive animatronic space freak, voiced by Deborah Winger?
"Be good," E.T. said. How about, "Be not so cheesy that Kraft has to sponsor your concerts, Neil."
(* the S must be stretched out as long, if not longer than the EE sound.)

Ok, I am going to give you that one, Thomas. You are correct. I am going to have to clarify that I am referring to, for the most part, pre-1976 Neil Diamond. No heart light, no "you don't bring me flowers."
But you put on "Hot August Night" and you tell me that the good does not outweigh the bad. And, if you don't see that, THEN you may gouge your ears out. But I'm going to want to see that part.
