50 Word Fiction Fridays Vol. 34
You might be amazed, if you were around here Friday, by my ability to manipulate time and space, and post something in the past. I've got mad phat physics skills, and if I want to utilize tesseracts to go back to Friday, to post the FiWoFicFriday I can. Truth is, I was busy, and forgot it was Friday. But that's ok, cuz I got a good story out of it, one which I will tell you later, with more than 50 words. Fun!
Ok, well, this week's sin, and therefore theme, is Greed.

She crammed yet another of those tiny delectable treats into her mouth, hoping nobody was watching. The icing again covered her mouth and fingers. How on earth can a person make cupcakes so darn tasty? She vowed to find out what Cupcake Royale’s secret is, no matter what the cost!
(Do ya notice a theme here? Drove from Metropolitan Grill to Ballard for dessert. How's that for addicted??? Try the gingerbread cupcake with lemon icing. TO DIE FOR!!!)

The old desk was crammed full of papers, empty coffee cups, and stubs of long forgotten cigarettes. Aids to the Senator slipped in and out of the office like rodents visiting the king rat. The corporate executive smiled as the Senator nodded yes. Political greed is money in the bank.
