Uhm, I sorta tried it... pepsi and horchata (rice milk with spices) and that ws sorta good.

i don't like pepsi, but i imagine it might be okay with coke. wouldn't it essentially be a melted coke float?

I love milk & Pepsi! ^_^
It's really not much different than a Coke float, just a bit less sweet.
Works well with cherry and vanilla Pepsi or Coke, but I wouldn't advise lemon or lime. :P
