Ah, now I have been working on a solution for this, since my Missus has sleep patterns that are totally incompatible with mine, too.
When she bounds out of bed, I will be able to reach for the handy dart gun, by my bed, which contains sufficient tranquiliser to knock her out for another four hours.
Fortunately she has a delightfully firm, round bottom, which makes a perfect target. I’ve been practising my accuracy with bits of popcorn when she walks past the TV screen during the REALLY important bits in movies.
Not a big issue really, I am a serious morning person. Both the boys are morning personas, Liz can sleep for Britian. We have developed special light and noise shield that we put over her head so as not to disturb her at 0600. We never wake her, rather we let the smells of breakfast bring her to life, she can’t resist food!
