50 Word Fictions

50 Word Fiction Fridays Vol. 27

Sorry for the delay in getting the 50 word fiction up, I was struggling for an idea. This week’s theme is validation.

Parking Ticket

Mouth open, he stood outside her door, while his date threw his coat at him. His shoes hit him squarely on the chest, one after the other. The offending ticket still clutched in his palm, he wondered what the big deal was. All he asked was if she validated parking.

  1. At night, he was never ignored or for want of companionship, but once dawn hit, the other members of the cult wanted nothing to do with him or even approach the “sinner”. It was just one lousy cheesburger for chrissakes! But to the vegans, this was a valid day shun.

  2. zanie says:

He left Cathy to be withÖHER. He only wanted to play, not be a father.
